I recorded this short video to help create some clarity around Mercury Retrograde - I hope it makes sense and you make the most of this period.

Mercury will be in retrograde from May 10th to June 3rd - it starts in the sign of Gemini and moves into Taurus... this will be a time to be extra cautious about what comes out of your mouth—especially when the planet moves into Taurus, an Earth sign that values thinking before speaking.

Trust - The more we allow ourselves to be guided by our intuition, the more we find that the right doors open to support us in fulfilling our life's purpose.

Today (6th) is the halfway point between Equinox and Solstice... this day provides a check-in for all of us ... the focus is upon creating a deep sense of inner balance and self-trust.

I encourage you to place one hand over your belly and one hand over your heart, take a pause and a deeeep inhale - as you exhale visualize and expand your uplifted and up-levelled visions of who YOU are.

We are also being gently guided to let go of over-thinking and being stuck in our head... ask your Higher Self for guidance as we continue to move ahead and disengage from personal and collective drama or chaos.

This coming weekend is a perfect time for an energy cleanse of your home, your body and your workspace... we are being reminded of the cycle of life and the importance of working with the seasons and cycles of Mother Earth and all the planetary influences that affect her and us.
